Planning a Battalion Activity Day for our CS members is tricky at this time of the year, so we are making it easier and giving each Company the option to have a day out at a date and time that is best suited to their Youth members.

We have come up with a choice of the 3 activities (other may be an option if you prefer), all you have to do is:

• let the Youths pick and agree an Activity
• Choose your date
• Book the venue

The Battalion will pay the cost of an activity upto £50 per youth member. Please contact the office either to arrange payment directly to the service provider upon making your booking, or submit for a reimbursement claim no Later than 13th June 2025. Copies of Invoices must be emailed to finance@thebb-edinburgh.org.uk.

Activity dates can be held after 13th June, however all payments must be paid in full by the cut off date.

 

Transport arrangements/costs will be at the discretion of individual companies, we would recommend taking advantage of public transport where possible as under 22’s should all have free travel passes to use.
