Company Management Training (formerly Captain’s Training) is mandatory for anyone taking on a management role within the BB. The training consists of an in depth look into the role and responsibilities of the Captain or Leader-in-Charge, building and maintaining relationships, safeguarding and safe recruitment, including Leaders Code of Conduct and tools and resources to support the role.
This Training Session will give an in-depth look at responsibilities including:
To Register for Company Leadership, the participant must currently be an active leader within a Company.
What to Bring: Lunch/snacks for the duration, notebook and pen
Tea/Coffee will be available during the day.
Our Training Programme for 2026-2027 Session is being held and organised jointly with West Lothian Battalion. Where possible we do not add a cost for ELD or WLD participants, external Battalions may incur nominal fee for each participant.
