This course is for young people (S3 age & above) who are working towards earning the President’s Badge, providing benefit to develop the skills in teamwork and negotiating with others, to help make a difference in their life and in their Company.

By the end of the session you will be able to:

• Understand the different roles they play within a group, and how they can change.
• Work effectively with others as part of a team to complete the task at hand.
• Recognise their own strengths and weaknesses and those of other team members.
• Use these experiences to make a difference in their own Companies.

Our Training Programme for 2026-2076 Session is being held and organised jointly with West Lothian Battalion. Where possible we do not add a cost for ELD or WLD participants, external Battalions may incur nominal fee for each participant.
