There is no charge for this event and we look forward to seeing you on the night.

JS Figure Marching

Times to suit each CompanyOwn Halls

The Junior Section Figure Marching event will take place again this session following on with last years simplified aproach which we hope will encourage a few more companies to give this competition a go.

This is designed as a FUN event, keeping the children active, working as a team and with a bit of focus and attention required.

Ideally practice should not be onerous and kept to short periods of time over a number of weeks.

The event will run between 2nd and 16th March 2020 during which you choose a date and time that is suited for your Company and the judges will come to you in your own halls.

Composite teams can be entered if companies would like to join together to create larger teams (max number of 12).

Routines and entry forms will be publised ASAP to allow plenty of practice time.

Closing Date for Entries:  19th FEBRUARY 2020

Scottish Cross Country Event 2020

Cross Country Image

The Scottish Cross Country Event will be taking place on Saturday 21st March 2020 and will be hosted by Banffshire Battalion with the event itself taking place in Buckie on the Moray Firth Coast in North East Scotland.

The Battalion will be arranging free transport for the event for our participatns and leaders which will be confirmed upon final numbers of travellers.  There may also be some seating available for family members to travel and support our runners.

Each Battalion will be able to enter up to eight runners in each age group, rather than six and that the number to count for the team competition will be reduced to three. This will allow more young people to participate in the event and provide more competition for the team events.

If you have runners who are interested please complete the entry form and inform the office by the closing date.

Junior Race – ages 11, 12, 13

Intermediate Race – ages 14, 15

Senior Race – ages 16, 17, 18

Selected runners will be notified after this date.
